Can Ovranette Cause Breakouts And Redness Of Skin?

Hi. I recently changed my pill from dianette to ovranette as my doctor said I would be covered better??? I have noticed lately I have a lot of breakouts on my chin area and redness and I was wondering of it could be from my new pull as I never really had bad skin before? Thank you

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

These medications are both oral contraceptives but they have different components.

Diannette is used as both a contraceptive and also helps with acne.

It was likely suppressing any breakouts.

If the diannette was not causing any problems then you can consider switching back to this or you can use medication to help with the acne.

I hope this helps
