It is used for the treatment of Iron deficiency anemia, and anemia caused due to folic acid deficiency, poor diet, poor absorption of food, or in increased requirement of folate in the body during pregnancy and lactation. Its intake not only improves the hemoglobin content in blood and correcting anemia, but also improves general condition of your health. Nausea, Constipation, Dark colored stool, Allergic reaction, Bitter taste in the mouth and Sleeping disturbances are some of the symptoms that could be associated with its intake.
