Can Olvance And Abana Be Taken Together?

I have taking olvance 40 h once daily. I have been advised abana once daily by my ayurved. Does it have to be taken along with olvance 40h or I will have to discontinue olvance. How is drug dependency on olvance different from dependence on Abana. Will it be safe for me rely on ababa solely to controll my bp? Aana tablet is an ayurvedic proprietary medicine. It contains Arjuna and Commiphora Wightii as active ingredients. It protects the heart by lowering bad cholesterol levels and restoring good cholesterol levels.
There are no adverse interactions noted with the use of these two medications together.
