I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist for specific problem oriented treatment. Use a gentle cleanser e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily. Post acne scars and marks can be greatly improved with chemical peeling sessions with or without microdermabrasion. Topical creams containing various skin lightening ingredients like Azaleic acid, Kojic acid, Arbutin, hydroquinone etc may be used for post acne hyperpigmentation of acne scars. For deeper scars slightly more invasive procedures like Subcision, Fractional CO2 Laser, Microneedling/Dermaroller, Punch Elevation etc can bring about the desired results.
