Can Nafarin For Cervical Spondylosis Be Taken While Having Ringing Sound In Ears?

I HAVE A BUZZING OR A RINGING SOUND IN MY EARS, FOR ALMOST ONE YEAR. EVERTHING IS NEGATIVE IN MY MRI, ACCORDING TO MY DOCTOR AGING PROCESS. I ALSO HAVE MY CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS, THATS THE REASON I WANT TO TAKE NAFARIN, IS IT SAFE TO TAKE THIS MEDICINE EVEN WITH RINGING SOUND AND GASTRITIS?

yeah, but this simple cold preparation isn't like to work on aging process associated buzzing. A prescription nerve damper (amitryptiline is not addictive; anti-epileptics are not addictive) would be more likely to work.
