Can Methadone And Hydromorphone Be Taken 3-4 Hours Apart?
I presently take 10 mg of Methadone q 6 hours for chronic pain mgmt. I have 4 mg Dilaudid for breakthrough pain or Norco 10/325 s. When I take the Norco s for BTP it seems I get avg relief and with the 4 mg Dilaudid, it seems I get dizzy. Are the Methadone and Hydromorphone too much when taken 3-4 hours apart? Regards, Jim
