Can Melaglow Causes Any Side Effects?

Hello sir,Before 3 months my skin became very dark and lifeless with pimples on my face.The reason for my pimples is i used biotique cream,which gave the side effects.When i consulted a dermatologist he suggested A- soap and A-sol cream.After using that my skin became very rough and very dark with no moisture.He gave me MELAGLOW cream for spots on my face.Can i use that cream.Does that cream have any side effects and also suggest me whether to applly that cream only on the spots or on the whole face.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain as you have pigmentation and pimples on your face for which you are Melaglow cream, it is a suitable composition for reducing pigmentation on face and has fewer side effects as it does not contains harmful steroids..
I would suggest you to apply the cram only on the spots and not over the entire face to further limit the probability of side effects..
I would also suggest you to wash your face with Salicylic acid and Glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can also apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Vitamin E containing creams are also helpful..
You should exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
You should limit sun exposure..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peels..
