Hi,

Irregular periods can be caused by a variety of factors, including hormonal imbalances, stress, weight changes, and certain medical conditions. In some cases, irregular periods may make it more difficult to conceive, but it is still possible to get pregnant.

Megest is a medication that contains the hormone progesterone, which can help regulate the menstrual cycle and promote ovulation. Folic acid is a vitamin that is important for fetal development, and is often recommended for women who are trying to conceive or who are pregnant.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
