Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Most of the ladies get cramps and abdominal discomfort while or before starting menstruation. Warm water bag application will be helpful. If that is not helping then ( mefenamic acid and dicyclomine) meftal spas and pantoperazole helps in relief which i usually advice for my patients. But in case of excessive discomfort than usual a gynecologic examination should be considered. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
