Can Meftagesic Be Given For Cold And Fever While On Crocin And Cetirizine?

Hi doctor my daughter ( 5years old) is suffering from cold and fever since yesterday. We gave her crocin and citrizin 3 times a day but it doesn t work. So we have to give her meftagesic plus.it works but the fever came again after 5 hours what should I do? Should we continue meftagesic or stop it.

I will suggest you to continue using Meftagesic regularly in temperature and Crocin and Cetirizine. You can help your child with healthy diet and plenty of water during this period. Also use warm baths and wet clothes to help him with in case of temperature. In case your child have more than 3 days with temperature then I will suggest to see a doctor.
