General & Family Physician 's  Response
Yes Levolin, Budecort and Duolin respules can be used together but it is a slight overdose since Levolin and one component in Duolin is salbutamol which has the same action as Levolin which is Levosalbutamol. In severe asthma this combination can be given for extra rapid effect though it is not advocated commonly. You should not use this combination at home. It should only be given in a hospital. And regarding respules, the solution is already diluted to the right dilution so there is no need to add saline unless the nebulization solution is too little. Hope this answers all your queries. If there is anything else, feel free to ask again. Take care and good day to you. Stay healthy.
