Can Lactare Capsules Be Used To Increase The Quantity Of Breast Milk?

Hello Doctor,I pump milk to breastfeed my 5 month son, due to inverted nipples never successed in direct latching however the milk supply got drastically low from 100ml to 30-40 ml per pump, will the latare capsules helps in increasing supply or should i consider it end of breastfeeing Journey or me?Thankyou

Yes you can take lactate capsule as it is safe and used for increase quantity of breast milk.
Also I give following advices to take following advice to increase breast milk production.
Take jeera, High protein diet, wheat, garlic and fresh fruits like papaya and orange.
Drink 2-3 litre of water daily.
Take at least 1-2 glass of milk daily.
Natural remedies like drum stick leave/juice also induce breast milk production
I also prescribed below medicine if above advice will not work:
Granule galact with milk.
