Hello Dr. i have gone through the details. i appreciate your concern. It is sad but Your sister has metastatic disease and cur is not possible in such a stage. However survival can be prolonged by care full selection of drugs sometimes even upto 5 years or so. The vaccine which you are telling about is an experimental trial form of drug. You can enrole your sister in that trial. It may or may not work. So you please dont loose hope. I think i have explained the things.
thanks, regards
