Can Ibugesic Plus And Niftas Be Given To A Child For Fever And E.coli Infection?

hi, my son is 4 years old and he had high grade fever on sunday ie 27th june 2015 he was prescribed ibugesic plus with augmentin dds . yesterday the urine reports showed he has e coli infection. the fever has gone down but he has 99 degree f in armpit after 8 to 10 hours. an hour ago he woke up with red rashes on his body now they are gone but i am worried whether i should give ibugesic for fever and niftas antibiotic for e coli infection or not .

I really appreciate your concern, urinary tract infection in case of male is very less likely, here if the E.coli being detected then sensitivity test need to be done and underlying cause of infection would be matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
