Can I Use Mifepriston And Misoprostol For Abortion With Myasthenia Gravis?

i am 27 years old, sufering from mysthnia gravis from last three years and taking pills (azoran, gravitor, wysolon, gravitor SR). my mensuration cycle stopped 7 days back and i am reported positive on exercising pregnancy test.Now I wanted to abort the fetus and adviced to go for medical termination by using mifepriston and misoprostol. kindly advice can i use these tablets? will it have any impact on my health? is it adivasable to mysthania patient.
