HI.
First of all STOP using any such ointments as the steroids in such ointments can cause permanent thinning of the skin which becomes incurable. You already have developed dermatitis medicomentosa...
The best way is to consult a Dermatologist who would do a visual- clinical examination of the skin to diagnose what you have.
I would advise till then :: An antibiotic like Amoxy+clav thrice daily, an anti-allergic medicines to control the itching, to keep the area clean and dry.
Follow the anise of the Dermatologist.
