Can I use biotin tablets for hair loss ?

hi,iam 24 years old.iam suffering with hair loss hair is getting thin and scalp is visible.can i use biotin tablets?if yes how many days and how much dose can i use?this one medicine is enough tome? pls reply to all my questions

Did you have any illness from which you recovered?
Do you have dandruff or fungal infection?
If not,apply sesa oil
protein diet -soyabeans,pulses,egs,meat etc
wash with herbal shampoo.
get examined by a doctor for your hairfall.

First get routine investigation done,to rule out any deficiency.
Start multi vitamin tab under your physician guidance.
Only biotin will not helpful.
Baldness at this age may be hormonal,hereditary.
Minoxidil cream is helpful to reduce hair fall.Take good balanced diet.use proper soft shampoo and hair oil.Consult dermatologist for better medical management.
