can i use any vitamin tablet for healthy body because i am 24 yrs old but very slim i need to improve my body weight,can u suggest any tablets

Hello ,
Get your Vitamin levels done in the blood , if they are low then you can take supplements after consulting your physician.
Being thin is not the criteria for taking any medicines , slimmer people are more active and energetic.

Yes u can use vitamin supplements. But please make sure u donot consume more than recommended daily allowance.

Hello sanu welcome to healthcare magic.if a person is taking good well balanced diet which includes green vegetables fresh fruits, chicken and adopting a exercise regimen for at least 45 minutes a day then u don't need a vitamin tablet.any further query is welcome.
