Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
According to these values it appears you have an infection which has reduced the pH, made your sperm less motile due to infection damage. Yous sperm count appears to be fine. Usually antibiotic treatment after getting urine culture and sensitivity will help to restore your sperm to normal. You may require antioxidants like Coenzyme Q which will also help in motility. Not to worry. Eat diet rich in fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily. This will keep you healthy and fit. Consult Urologist to do urine tests as well and get proper solution to your problem.

General & Family Physician Dr. Jitender Chauhan's  Response
hello, welcome to HCM. Your semen analysis report is missing on several required aspects. There is no mention of sperm morphology or fructose levels. Even sperm level is difficult to decifer. You must email your complete report for proper analysis. Wish you good health.
