Can I Take Sauna After Incisions?

Hello, i had orthoscopy on my knee 1 week ago, i have 2 small incisions on either side of the knee joint with 2 stitches in each. The incisions are clean, no seepage or scabbing. As i live in scandinavia and we are visiting the inlaws, i would like to know if it is ok to take a sauna?
