Hi welcome to health care magic...

You have not mentioned which pain killer you have taken....

The dizziness could be from drug side effect or yes from irregular diet induce hypoglycemia...

You can assume diet as per doctor advise...
Fried and spicy food avoided...
Try to eat small meal at six hourly interval to maintain sugar level...

Get check your blood pressure and ear examination as work up.....

If specific cause found needs to be treated...

Take care

Advise : Physician or treating otorhinolaryngologist consultation for examination
