Hello dear,

Diclofenac is known to cause Gastric irritation, which might be responsible for your diarrhea.
This was controlled by administration of Imodium (pharmacologically Loperamide) which acts by reducing the Gastric motility.
However, as a known side effect, it causes constipation.
As a result, you are facing problems with bowel movement.

But there is no need to worry, once the effect of the medications goes off, you will start having regular bowel movements.

Till then, drink plenty of fluids & take fiber rich foods in your diet.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
