Hi
Congratulations on your pregnancy. You are just doing thing by taking antibiotics for your bladder infection as these infections can cause preterm birth and kidney infections in pregnancy. It is advisable to make sure that the particular antibiotic is safe to take in pregnancy. Having pink on the toilet paper can be either due to some blood in the urine due to infection or due to vaginal bleeding. Vaginal bleeding in pregnancy can be serious. Therefore I would suggest to keep an eye on it and to get it checked if there is any more.
