Hi,
Ovulation may occur usually within 30 hours after testing positive with an ovulation kit. Since you have tested negative, your chances of ovulation on day 11 are less and you will have to repeat the test or go for serial follicular study. After a ripe follicle is observed, you may take the injection to accelerate the process. Chances of conception are usually good if intercourse occurs within 12-24 hours around ovulation as the ovum has a very short span of life. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you success.
