Can I Stop Taking That Gemer2 Tablet And Start Taking Nutrilite Protein Powder?

Myself falling in type 2 diabetic, currently taking gemer2 tablet twice a day. I was advised by a Doctor, to take Nutrilite protein powder daily before meals 2 times a day. Let me give you my rough sugar levels: Fasting sugar is 100units and post food it is 250units. (on consuming gemer2 tablet) I don t do any physical excersice, but I am taking balanced food. Can i stop taking that gemer2 tablet and start taking this Nutrilite Protein Powder. Doctors., friends pleas advise me.

As per your query and as I analysed, it is not possible to stop gemer 2 tablets and take nutrilite protein powder as both have different components and different action profile.

If you stop taking gemer 2 mg tablet, your fasting blood sugars will go high, so you are not recommended to stop it

Second some dietary restrictions will help to lower the blood sugars but it will not reduce blood sugars as such it was reduced by tablets.

So continue taking both gemer 2 mg tablets and nutrilite powder.
