Can I Rely On Amitriptyline For Severe Headaches And Migraines?

i am 32 year old female, from nepal, i am feeling severe headache from long ago, here i have visited the neurophysician and undergone, CT, EEG and other investigation tools, on that basis i have been told that i am suffering from migraine and prescribed with Propanol 40 BD and Amitryptyline 25 OD, with these medicines also i am feeling the headache once twice a week so i want further consultation and medical care what to do
