Can I Miss A Period When I Am On Birth Control Pills ?
Is not seeing your period when on birth control pills normal I started using birth control pills a month and 5 days ago and i have been using them correctly but i was told that when i got down to the last few pills in the pack that my period would come but it did not at the end of the pack when i did not see my period i did a blood pregnancy test and results came back negative. I still continue to use the pills as normal. Should i stop the pills? Could I still be pregnant? Should i wait a few more weeks And do another pregnancy test?

Hi,thanks for query.Normally the pack contains 21 tablets,7 tablets are fillers.You get period within 7 days of completion of 21 tablets.Then you need to start the new pack again.At times it happens due to some irregularity you may not get your periods. Please talk to your doctor about this.buy.

After completion of one packet after 3-4 days period starts but in your case as you told that you are still continue taking oral pills e respective of you had period, or not.
In this condition you are not having period as pills are continued.
So best thing is that you stop taking pills and after stopping pills you will get period,this will give new date of your period and then on the fifth day you start new packet.
In this condition if you have any confusion pl take gynac opinion.
