You may lose weight by what you are doing but in few days you will also lose stength;vitamins;& become weak .This is not the right way to lose weight. If at all you are successful whole life you are not going to stay on a diet of coconut water;apple & glass of milk.So please understand weight is not what you eat but it it what you did not burn out by not doing exercise.
The best way to lose weight is to take a healthy diet with a regular exercise. You can contact a dietitian to give you a healthy low calory diet & a fitness expert who will guide you with the proper exercise to lose weight.
Take care.
