Dear Sir

The medication given if suitable for you usually alleviate depression and anxiety after about 3 to 4 week of medication. However it is unclear whether depression is uni-polar or bipolar which often determines dose, duration and rapidity of response to medications.
These medication are proposed to normalized neuro-chemical imbalances of brain observed in depression and anxiety disorder.
