Can I include honey in my diet for a fit and healthy body ?

i m 34 yr, 45 kg, single, 32-30-33, hemoglobin which is 10.4 gm/dl T3 2.89, T4 10.63, TSH 1.22 , rbs 80 apart from other food, is it advisable to that i may include honey in my diet , currently my taking a teaspoon daily, will this keep me fit, healthy and in perfect shape.

hi sara...honey is better than sugar but it yet has 4 kcal/ gm just like sugar does.. so it does not mean if you have lot of honey you will be fit and in shape... rather opt for natural foods like fruits, nuts, salads, sprouts, fish, chicken, tofu, dals etc.. drink green tea , coconut water and plenty of water...start weight training to increase muscle mass and improve body shape..

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.Eating honey is definitely good as it has vitamins and anti oxidants in it but you are mistaken if you think that you will fit,healthy and in perfect shape by taking honey,whether one teaspoon or many teaspoons.Thanks and good luck.

You can continue with given quantity of Honey. But please do'nt take honey with lukewarm water & milk . It is not recommenced medically .
Please mention your height so exactly share Body Mass Index & your average healthy weight.
You need start Spinach soup, kala chana sprouts , Goose berry , green veg , pomegranate in your diet. as your HB is little low .
