If you are following prescribed regimen of using Diane-35 as an oral contraceptive then there is near nil chance of getting pregnant. It is known to cause side effects which are masculinising, like hair growth on face, acne, liver toxicity, depressive mood, adverse effects in Diabetic patients as well. The risks and benefits of any drug needs to be discussed with your Doctor before starting it's use.
