Can I Have Baby When FSH Is More Than Standard?

Hi docter
My blood test result is as follows, FSH is more than stranded, May I have chance make baby? How I can reduce FSH stranded level?
FSH : 18.8 (0.7 -11.1)
Testosterone : 8.01      (1.95 - 11.38)
TSH : 0.957 (0.4 -4)
Prl : 152 (53 - 360)

Hi there. Welcome to HCM.

You didnt mention in your age here. Yes your FSH level is high. FSH is the hormone secreted by the pituitary gland, for the maturation of the oocyte. So a high FSH level indicates low ovarian reserve. You wil have to undertake the opinion of a gynecologist to know about your chances of conceiving. There are many options like DHEA supplementation ( hormonal treatment) and IVF ( if needed). A gynecologist would be best suited to answer this.
