y not? U can defntly hav a baby. There z no relation to your blood grp. Problem occurs when u r rh+ve. n ur wife z rh-ve.

off curse u can . O positive grp of urs has nothing to do with ur childs heallth.
only when the mothers bld grp is o negative that creates problem .
