Can I give fruit juices for baby?

my son has just turned 4 months now and i feel milk is not enuff for him now. i wanted to know if i can feed him sumthing more then milk like juices or sumthng as well as sumthing in solid. please reply me.. he is my first baby and im too curious to be alright for him

Hello,

If the child is breast feed then milk is sufficient till 6 month of age. If the baby is top feed then we can add semisolid diet as dal, khichadi, biscuits mashed in milk, ready to make food as cerelac.
