Can I get pregnant inspite of regularly taking birth control pills ?

I ve been on birth control for several months now. I ve never missed a day, and I take the pill around the same time each night. I took my last pill last night, and then had intercourse today. My period begins tomorrow. Is it possible for me to be at pregnant? I m probably just paranoid.

Welcome to Healthcaremagic
As you are taking pill regularly without having missed even a single day then no chances of pregnancy. If your menstrual cycle is regular and as You say that periods are expected by tomorrow in that very case also you just relax no chances of pregnancy.
Please avoid the stress as the stress can lead to delayed menses sometimes. take care
