I would see your doctor to get a blood pregnancy test and/or an ultrasound. If it is negative you are not pregnant. You can feel bloated from conditions of your uterus and intestines and other problems. Weight gain or loss, or other medications and medical conditions can change the quality of your cycle. Many women think they feel movement when they are worried about pregnancy, but at 4 months it is unlikely to really feel fetal movement because the baby is still too small.
