Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Death of the baby in womb or immediately after birth and missed abortion, both can be due to reasons like deranged blood sugar levels, antiphospholipid antibody syndrome and chromosomal anomalies.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, and both you and your partner should be investigated properly.
Further planning of pregnancy should be done once the diagnosis is made and treatment started.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
