Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to the information given, it seems that doctor had to remove your uterus saving only cervix as there was no healthy tissue left in uterus and almost of it being occupied by fibroid.

I am sorry but after uterus being removed you won't be able to get pregnant. In case you are still for second baby then you should think of adoption.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
