Can I Conceive With 20mm Multiple Follicles In Right Ovary And Endometric Thickness Of 7.5mm ?
hi i am 30 years of age i am going through a follicular study, 3rd day of my ultrasound shows 20mm multiple follicles in right ovary and 10 mm one follicle with one endometriic cyst of 4.3*3.4cms with echos in my left ovary ,and endometrium thickness of 7.5mm is everything fine?we are having sex every alternate days as we are planning for a baby is it advisable.we are not going for iui nor ivf we want it to be normally and naturally done.it is possible

yes u can concieve naturally..start taking medications so that the chances will be higher..take a opinion from the infertility clinic..u need to start on tab clomifene ..its better adviced to take their opinion..all the best..

I think you are suffering from poly cystic ovary and endometriosis.. and both these conditions affect fertility adversely. I would suggest you to undergo hormonal tests on day 2 of your cycle eg. FSH,LH,estrogen, prolactin and testosterone. You may also require laparoscopy to confirm patency of tubes and treatment of endometriosis and poly cystic ovary. Once treatment for endometriosis is done you can put on medicines to improve number and quality of eggs in ovaries. Take care.
