Can I Be Suffering From Heart Attack As I Have Pain In My Left Front Shoulder ?

hiim 27 year old male smoker .i suffer from anxiety an hour ago i felt left front shoulder radiation like pain and i was laying on my left side so i feel pressure on the side of my left rib cage im up but still feel the pressure..(so dont know if its from actually laying on my rib or not) am i having a heart attack?or a panic attack.. ? last night i felt like my brain was gonna blow it felt pressured(feels better) .. and no this!!

Hi,
Mostly these symptoms are of anxiety,mostly you have cardio neurosis as you have got hidden fear of having smoker.
But on safer side you go for ECG and become tension free.
