The best way to remove all doubts is to have an ultrasound scan of the uterus. Pregnancy test is very rarely incorrect but some cases have been reported due to faulty strips, so get a USG and have your doubts clarified.
Symptoms of pregnancy sometimes occur when a female is very anxious to conceive or there are social or marital pressures to produce a baby, such a condition is medically known as Pseudocyesis.
