i went for semen analysis y day and got following reports i need ur opinion on this as i m very uspet: Quantity = 0.6ml Color = Gryish White Transparency = opaque Viscosity = Viscous pH=7.5 Fructose = Positive Total Count = 13 mill/ml Live count = 05 mill/ml Sperm Per ejaculate = 8mill/ml Percentage motile sperm = 39% Rapid Linear progression = 00% Slow/Non LIN progression = 35% Non Progressive = 65% [Sperm Morphology] Normal Form = 15% [Head Abnormality] Large Oval = 30% Tapering = 15% Amorphous = 30% Mid Piece Abnormalities = 10% [Other Cells] Germ Cells = 2 WBC s = 1 RBC s =0 Squamous Cells = 0 Thanks AAAA
The motility is lower than required (as per WHO 2010, grade a should be >25% or all total >50%).
The Normal sperm count is within normal limit (as per WHO 2010, normal sperm should be > 04%).
The pus cells, RBCs are within normal limit.
So, overall, your report indicates very bad report. you should be investigated for presence of any hormonal issue, genetic abnormality. You have to take a coenzyme q and vitamin e for improvement.
Regards.
