Can I ask a doctor to help me as I have a lot of pain in my muscles, joints, migraines and numerous other symptoms ?

I am having issues with joint pain in my neck, shoulders, hips, elbows, knees, wrists & lower back. I am also having issues with lethargy , dizziness , migraines, nausea , short term memory loss , pressure in head, loss of appetite , some depression & I am getting irritated very easily due to how I feel when others approach me....I just want to stay in bed & not move. I was diagnosed with PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) about 6 yrs ago. While on my meds, I started losing weight, felt really good about myself, had more energy....but the joint pain & other issues were still there. I was taking 450mg Wellbutrin (1x a day), 25mg Alodactone (2x a day), 500mg Metforman (2x a day) and my preventative migraine med 1x daily (which I can t remember what it was now)....along with meds I needed & took, as necessary, for when I did get a migraine. I am only 39 yrs old.....I feel like I am 60+......I have 4 children & need to feel better for them! I have been asked by several people if I have been tested for fibromyalgia...am I a candidate??? Or does this sound like something else? I now longer have medical insurance, but I feel I need to go to a doctor soon. Some days I just can t stand the pain I am feeling between my muscles, joints & migraines.

I had three strokes in June. Since then I ve been having headaches as soon as I wake up and they continue all day. I ve been on numerous medicines for migraines but they are not helping. I get dizzy and my left side goes numb and I lose eye sight where I see different colors. I have been going to a neurologist. My blood pressure has been 82/65 and less. I m afraid to drive. Do u think it could be anything else besides just migraines. I ve had Mri cat scans. And the doctor said they didn t find anything.

Migraine is a neurological disorder, which is mostly confused with headache by people who don’t have correct knowledge about it. High levels of headache is prominent here. 4. Postdrome phase - The final phase of migraine headache. Migraine pain Migraine is caused by many reasons, mainly - Exposure to smoke: Smoking or exposure to cigarette smoke is one of the major causes. I am a 57 year old female who has been experiencing extreme episodes of sweating lasting sometimes for a couple of hours. Hair dripping. Feel tired most of the time. Dr. just took me off Zoloft thinking that may be causing the extreme sweating. I had been on 100mg of Zoloft for about 13 years. I also take Wellbutrin XL 300. My A1C was 6.1. Doctor doesn't seemed concerned with A1C. I just don't know what can be causing such extreme sweating. Any ideas? Thanks, Marilyn

I recently had surgery on both knees, 6 weeks apart. I tripped and fell on Easter Sunday. Instead of falling on my knees, I twisted my body around so I'd land on my backside, which I did. Hard. The pain is almost gone, but now when I bear down in the bathroom, there is blood. Fresh, really red blood. I am not constipated, and the blood doesn't appear to be in my stool, more like it's in the cavity somewhere. I am 51 years old, disabled, extremely overweight (5 ft 9 in, 260 lbs). I am currently taking wellbutrin to quit smoking (3rd week). Could it be the medication or is it more likely that I have torn something inside?
