Can I Ask A Doctor To Check My Sugar And Cholesterol Report ?

I am giving below my sugar level and cholesterol level: FBS 113 PPBS 229 BP 130/80 MMHG TOTAL CHOLESTEROL 212 TRIGLYCERIDE 205 HDL CHOLESTEROL 40 LDL CHOLESTEROL 131 VLDL CHOLESTEROL 41 I have been taking the following medicines: 1. Glibenclamide 5 mg + Metformin 500 mg 1 - 0 - 1 2. Pioglitazone 15 mg 0 - 0 - 1 3. Ramipril 5 mg 0 - 0 - 1 4. Atorvastatin 10 mg + Fenofibrate 160 mg 0 - 0 - 1 Please advise is it OK.

After going through ur blood test report...You are diabetic and probably hypertensive...
Your sugars are borederline raised before and after eating.....
your lipid profile is also little worrysome because you have raised cholesterol , LDL Cholesterol and raised triglyserides.....but you are on right medications right now.. you should continue taking it as same...
Upon that You must do aerobic exercise to remain fit like running, jogging or fast walking which will help to lower youe sugars and cholesterols...some lifesyle modifications are necessary along with medications like low salt diet, taking low sugars, and keeping fat free diet to be healthy...
