Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is unlikely to transmit the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) as scrotal skin usually does not come in contact with vaginal secretions. HIV is not transmitted by skin to skin contact. If any HIV infected blood or secretions come in contact with a wound on testicles there are chances that are unlikely in your case. So you can relax. You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
