hi doctor..i had a exposure to a sex worker 10 days back and i m fearing a lot if i ll b infected with hiv..i did not have any sex with her..i asked her to masturbate me and that i had my inner wear wearing..she masturbated me by touching my inner wear..also once i masturbated her which lasted for 4 to 5 seconds..and i touched her breasts for sometime and felt she lactated which i felt in my fingers..i reaaly feel like hell..pls help me

She masturbated you and you were wearing inner i.e. not direct touch i.e. no chance of transmission HIV infection by this way .
You also masturbate just for 4-5 seconds i.e. no chance of getting HIV infection by you provided you didn't have any wound on your finger ( if your skin was INTACT at the time of exposure there is no chance of infection ).
You also touched her breast and fluid was there from her breast again there is no chance of getting HIV infection with this way ( if no wound or cut on fingers ).
Although virus can be identified , if not isolated , from virtually any body fluid, there is NO EVIDENCE that HIV transmission can occur as result of exposure to tears, sweats and urine.
According to your query I don't recommend you any test for HIV infection confirmation because there is no chance of getting HIV infection by you.
But since you are in STRESS so get in rapid nucleic acid amplification test ( P 24 pcr rna ) for HIV infection.
Antibodies begin to appear within 2 weeks of primary infection ( initial contract with that girl as 10 days passed , so wait for another 5 -6 days and get in test).
