If I performed oral sex on a heterosexual male who has an unknown HIV status but who does not belong to a high risk population and he did not ejaculate, would I be at risk for HIV? I have not had any ARS symptoms and it has been 3 months since this incident.
If we categorise the risk of transmission via oral intercourse then this falls in very minimal or nil risk category.
If your oral hygiene was good and there were no active bleeding lesions or ulcers in mouth then there is no risk of transmission. SO remain relaxed for that.
Still have doubts then go for HIV rapid test. The test is conclusive at 12 weeks and you can sit relaxed then.
Thanks and Take care
