Can HGH Cocktail Increase Height ?

A friend of my suggested me to take this drink. It contains 3 tomatoes, 250 grams of broad beans and cabbage. The Gamma-Aminobutryic Acid is in tomatoes, L-Dopa is in broad beans, cabbage contains L-Glutamine, he told me. He asked me to prepare a cocktail , and it will help me increase my HGH levels by 300% he said. WILL THESE ACTUALLY HELP? (With some exercises obviously)

The cocktail drink you mentioned is good nourishing drink but i am doubtful whether it can increase height or not.
It is not easy to increase height with this type of drinks.
