General & Family Physician 's  Response
Gupisone has been prescribed you for reduction of swelling and edema at operative site. Nasal blockage is due to swelling and edema at operative site. Gupisone causes loss of sleep or decreased sleep as unwanted side effect. This is absolutely normal and it will completely resolve after stoppage of Gupisone.
Advice
1.     Take Gupisone in the morning after meal
2.     Avoid smoking, coffee, caffeinated beverages and alcohol especially at bed time
3.     Do meditation
4.     You can take alprazolam at bed time for 10 days if your decreased sleep is disturbing your normal routine life. Otherwise avoid it
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
Thanks
