Can Gout Happens In Places Other Than Big Toe?

I have gout in the normal place, in my case ball of right big toe. But I am getting bad pains in my hands especially middle finger nuckles and shoulders. I also get pains in my back legs and arms but to a lesser extent. My question is can you get gout in other places?

Yes gout can affect any of the small joints in the body.
you see, gout is due to the deposition of urate crystals in the joints.
these can deposit anywhere.
so ofcourse other small joints may be affected.

check uric acid levels regularly
